I love this place! The donut holes are to die for. My wife and I got the State Fair Waffle and it was amazing! 5 star waffle!
The reason for the 3 star service is because our server was not very attentive towards us. We didn't see her on the floor much at all.
But, the purple finch is awesome and I will be returning!
Great menu and the foods incredible! Atmosphere if happy and relaxing. The waitresses look very happy and very pleasant to chat with. One 9f the best places for breakfast in the area. I traveled 40 min to try this place, and it was worth it! Was at counter and my waitress was Meagan. Got my order perfect and was a delight to chat with. Would highly recommend! Highly! It's tucked away in the back a little hard to find right away but can't miss the big purple signs!
I liked this place. The menu was unique, and the prices were reasonable. Our waitress was quick, and she became very concerned when I got ill in the restaurant. FOR THE RECORD it was food poisoning, from ANOTHER restaurant.
The food was really amazing! The Pumpkin Donut Holes were AWE-SOME! It was my first time here with my friend who has been here before. In total we spent about $50 and that included two entrees, donut holes and two mimosas! Super great service, the waitresses were attentive and welcoming. I cannot wait to come back!
This was my first time going to the purple finch. I went because a friend said I should try it. And I'm so glad I did! I got the steak chili and two pieces of homemade cornbread and both were excellent, perfectly cooked and so very tasty. …
Fantastic spot for breakfast and brunch! Eggs Benedict were amazing and french toast croissants were fresh and sweet. I also enjoyed the squeezed orange juice a lot! It tasted like the ones back in Spain. So good! I recommend eating outside if the weather is nice. Totally recommended

This is our third time going and Ive loved 2/3 meals.
(I wasnt a fan of the croissant french toast, even though I wanted to love it. Texture was off, but the flavor was there).
The meal pictured here is a Fall Skillet Special - it has some kick💥 and it was deceivingly satiating (took half to go)!
Overall, this small, cute and quaint place has my vote 🗳️.

Overall I am giving the Purple Finch Cafe a higher rating than the food itself would have received. I look for a gluten and dairy free menu and this restaurant provides that option. The avocado toast I selected did not have much flavor. My friend’s meal was very good. She said hers was very flavorful.
The service was very good and the atmosphere friendly and welcoming. There is plenty of parking. This is a place to relax, talk with a friend, and have a bite.
It is a divided road and you must be heading the right direction to enter and can only turn right when you exit.
